Softball on Home Plate
This clinic will focus on fundamentals and essential mechanics.

General Information
  • Drills will cover fielding, throwing, pitching, catching and hitting.
  • There will also be lectures and demonstrations by NCAA players and coaches.
  • Director: Rachael Powers Kelliher, Head Women's Softball Coach, UMass Dartmouth.

Pick-up and Drop-off Information
  • Pick-up and Drop-off can be done adjacent to the Collins Rest-A-While Playground.

Note
  • Grades are as of September 2024.
  • Participants entering grade 5 can choose the age group that best fits their needs.
  • Initial registration is for Quincy Residents only.
  • Refund Policy: No Refunds for Summer Programs After June 15, 2024. The Department will issue Full Payment Refunds Less a 20% Administration Fee to participants if the request to withdraw is made in writing and is received by the Recreation Department Before June 15, 2024. Payment is NOT refundable after June 15, 2024, unless a documented medical excuse is provided to the Department.
