Softball Clinic
Instruction, position play, game experience and individual attention will be offered. Instruction will range from the basic fundamentals to advanced skills in order to build a solid baseball foundation. This clinic will emphasize all phases of the game.
General Information
- Drills will cover fielding, throwing, pitching, catching, and hitting.
- There will also be teachings and demonstrations by college and high school players and coaches.

Pick-up and Drop-off Information
- The clinic is held at the Mitchell/McCoy Softball Field.
- Pick-up and Drop-off can be done at the Mitchell/McCoy Field on Merrymount PKWY. It is next to the Collins Rest-A-While Playground, and across the street from Veterans Memorial Stadium.
Note
- Initial registration is for Quincy residents only.
- Grades are as of September 2026.
- Refund Policy: No Refunds for Summer Programs After June 18, 2026. The Department will issue Full Payment Refunds, Less a 20% Administration Fee, to participants if the request to withdraw is made in writing and received by the Recreation Department on or before June 18, 2026. Payments are non-refundable after June 18, 2026, unless a documented medical excuse is provided.
