Class Days, Times, and Fees
  • Tuesday and Thursday mornings
  • 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • $60.00 for 20 Class Sessions
  • No Classes on November 28 (Thanksgiving), December 24 (Christmas Eve day), and December 31 (New Year's Eve day).

Notes:
Each class includes exercise to improve and strengthen flexibilty, endurance and overall fitness. Adaptations in the exercise allows each participant to work out at their own pace.

Location:
Fore River Clubhouse on Nevada Road in Quincy Point.
