Adult 21+ Volleyball League

TEAMS
  • NEW ADULT 21+ VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
  • NO DROP-INS - REGISTRATION REQUIRED
  • Maximum of 12 TEAMS
  • COED ROSTERS - teams MUST have a MINIMUM of two female players on their roster and two female players ON THE COURT AT ALL TIMES.
  • League starts play on December 12, 2024
  • Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Game times are 6:00 p.m, 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. and last for no more than 50 minutes.
  • TEAM CAPTAIN - Register your team on the Quincy Recreation website
  • ALL team players on a roster must be at least 21+ years of age.
  • Teams must have a minimum of 6 players on the roster. The maximum number of players on a roster is 10....no more than two players on the roster may be non-residents of Quincy.
  • Example....10 players on a roster, at least 8 players must reside in Quincy.

Roster Requirements
  • COED ROSTERS - teams MUST have a MINIMUM of two female players on their roster and two female players ON THE COURT AT ALL TIMES.
  • Minimum of 6 players
  • Maximum of 10 players
  • Up to 2 non-residents of Quincy allowed on each roster
  • (For example, with 10 players, at least 8 must be Quincy residents.)

FREE AGENTS
  • IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TEAM WITH A MINIMUM OF 6 PLAYERS YOU ARE CONSIDERED A FREE AGENT.
  • Each FREE AGENT must register individually on the Quincy Recreation website.
  • If enough Free Agents register, Quincy Recreation will form a team from the Free Agent player pool based on registration date/time.
  • Payments for FREE AGENTS will be due if/when there are enough FREE AGENT registrations for Quincy Recreation to be able to form a team.

Location and Times
  • Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Game times are 6:00 p.m, 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. and last for no more than 50 minutes.
  • Central Middle School Gym, 875 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02170

Fees
  • $400 per team.
  • $60 per Free Agent (not payable upfront, payment will be due if/when placed on a team)

General Information
  • Activities are supervised by Quincy Recreation Department staff.
