Quincy Recreation Athletic League’s mission is to provide positive recreational experiences with particular emphasis on participation, character and skill development, good sportsmanship, and having fun. Players will learn the fundamentals of basketball: dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork.
The Hancock Basketball League session for players in Grades 2 & 3 will meet on Saturdays.

Important Notes for the Hancock Basketball League for Grades 2 & 3.
- Introductory Basketball for this age group will be held on Saturday's from December 6th to February 14th.
- No session on December 27th. February 21st would be a snow make-up date if needed
- Sessions for Grades 2 & 3 will normally be held at Central Middle School Gym, 875 Hancock St., Quincy, MA 02170. Gym entrance is through the four glass doors located next to the flag pole on Hancock St.

Refund Policy
- Full Payment Refunds: Available, minus a 20% administration fee, if a written withdrawal request is submitted by December 15, 2025.
- After December 15: No refunds unless a documented medical excuse is provided.
