LIT's Boating

Adult and Family Boating Hours
  • Memberships are required and available for those adults and families who would like to use the facility at their leisure during the following hours:
  • Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Equipment availability will be limited during the morning Clinic hours. The Clinics have first priority over the sailboats, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards during Clinic hours, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM. All equipment will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The William F. Ryan Boathouse will open Monday, June 30, 2025, and close August 29, 2025 (Sailing will close on August 9th).
  • The Facility will be closed for the July 4th Holiday, Beginning at Noon on July 3rd and all day on July 4-6.
  • During Open Boating hours, children must be accompanied by an adult.
